How does Mid Atlantic Rugby use the funds raised?
Donations will be used to support a variety of operational costs and programs, ranging from essential equipment to travel expenses. Funds will help us purchase essential gear such as balls, jerseys, and field rentals.
This year (2026) the U23 Tournament will likely be held on the west coast which will make the cost of participating much more expensive. Donations will help cover the costs of transportation, hotels, and meals for the team traveling to the national competitions.
What tournaments does Mid Atlantic Rugby compete in?
We participate in the U23 USA National All Star Rugby Tournament.
What is the difference between USA Mid Atlantic U23 and NCR Mid Atlantic Tournaments?
USA U23 Womens All Star Rugby Tournament is a 15s rugby tournament through USA Rugby, whereas NCR Women’s All Star Rugby Tournament is a 7s rugby tournament through national collegiate rugby.
How can I get involved beyond donating?
We are looking to expand the purpose of the U23 MidAtlantic team. The goal of the U23 Mid Atlantic team is to provide an opportunity to play rugby at a more competitive level. The USA U23 national tournament is the main event to be recognized and invited to upcoming national teams events.
